Who are we?

We are intructors with different backgrounds from different parts of Sweden. We all have a base in Krav Maga but have aslo trained in different self defence schools. We are a happy group that teaches efficient self defence in an environment where everyone's welcome.​

Experience

We have experience within Krav Maga as well as other self defence systems. We have a collective experience of teaching both beginner and advanced groups over many years in different schools around the country and the world.

Training life

Our instructors have many years experience of training and have during this time developed great knowlege about the system and what effectivley works in a self defence situation. Together we have experience of training in multiple countries in different continents as well as with both active police and military. We are always learning new things and continue to develop.
